Newton’s Third law

Newton’s Third law states that “For every action, there’s an equal but opposite reaction.”
This law suggests that when a body A exerts a force on body B, body B exerts the same magnitude of force, but at an opposite direction. When the forces are equal (equilibrium), it means either 2 things:
1. B would be stationary
2. B is moving at a constant speed because there’s no external or resultant force(s) acting on B.
When you are walking and you stumble on a plastic bottle and kick it forward, it reacted on the force because it will have displacement based on force you applied to it. That is, if you apply strong force, force will be manifested how far it will be moved. But the plastic bottle will not be going towards your direction but backwards, opposite the direction. B reacts. So it’s B’s force and direction will be taken into consideration.
That’s natural law. Does the same law apply to conscious entity?
I remember an incident when one person pointed his point finger at my face in front of other people. I reacted the same way and point also my finger at his face feeling agitated but thinking, “If he means it negatively then he will accept my reaction negatively. But if his action means positively then for him my reaction is a positive. But if he means it neither positive nor negative then my reaction doesn’t have any meaning at all to him.”
He didn’t react to my reaction in front of me as far as I know.I just don’t know once I turned my back and I don’t care.
Another incident, one very good friend reacted by saying “really asserting what he wants.” My reaction to that, “Nahawa ka na rin.”If asserting one’s wants meant bad to my good friend then my reaction, to him, would be negative. But if he finds asserting one’s want a positive character, then my reaction would mean positive.
Unlike the direction of the force applied to the unconscious body, conscious entity reacts differently as to where the direction of the reaction. As a conscious being, we can put valuation and perspective on how people react to a certain action. That’s not only gives knowledge but wisdom. To know is easier because we have senses to verify the claims and logic to check its validity. But the wisdom to understand and accept that each of us has our own purpose on certain action without eliminating other’s existence simply because it differs from the majority is something. Character motivates our courage to stand for the truth. There’s truth that a person reacts on my action whether that person knows or not my meaning to my action. Because what matters to that person is his/her reaction, because he/she has the truthful meaning to that, whether it is given or shown half-truth. And wisdom will teach us that that fact will help us to understand and know ourselves and be responsible of our actions/reactions and also let others know a piece of us. What is unwise is that we reacted in the absence of the things or person we reacted upon. It’s different from not reacting in front of thing/person you reacted upon and then react in front of other body. There’s no truth in that. Is it because we are conscious? Are we not part of nature?
External force affects constant acceleration
There’s a married girl friend and a single boy friend whose friendship became at stake because external force, giving malicious meaning to their closeness, affects their acceleration (everyday living). For all their heart, they know nothing’s really going on and I do believe in them. They reacted and go in separate ways and never been friends. Is it wise to react on such external force? Is it wise to value opinion based on the external force’s character than the friendship you both enjoyed? Or is it because we also maliciously reacted on some other case?
Good thing the law of physics evolves. So we have the Laws of relativity. That means we have still lots of things to learn and not be stagnant simply we are unable to.
